Terms and Conditions / Abuse Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This plan is designed to provide a robust internet streaming service that can handle multiple devices streaming at once.  It is designed for small and medium size families or business on the go where internet and data is needed. From video calls, movies or just surfing the net. Speeds can be as fast as 100Mbps depending on equipment and proximity to towers.

-Unlimited Service (reasonable usage up to 300gig monthly)  

-Average Ping (Latency) under 50ms

-Plan is VPN capable

-VOIP supported

-live streaming when speeds/capacity allows

-Not intended for streaming more than 3 devices simultaneously

-Not recommended for 4k streaming

-Plan will stream a max resolution of 1080 but resolution will be impacted by final speeds

-Actual speeds will be impacted by your proximity to tower location, obstructions, and area population.

Abuse & Use Policy

All of our membership plans are subject to cancellation for violation of the intended usage policy or the misuse policy of the network carrier. Service can be cancelled without notice. Violations of misuse policy include but are not limited to, plan sharing or using our plans to provide Internet for multiple residences, use of multiple video gaming systems on a single plan, excessive gross data consumption (AT&T)&(Verizon), large amounts of data consumption over short periods or exceeding 500Gb/month (AT&T)&(Verizon),  conducting illegal activities or downloading illegal content. Downloading large files in a short period of time puts you into an abuse category by AT&T and Verizon and can cause possible suspension of service. This is not designed as a gamer's style connection.  

We also offer packages with multiple SIM cards / accounts that can spread consumption across both accounts for those that need lots of data. This is for the user that needs over 300GB/month.

SERVICE

We are providing access to an unlimited data speeds (up to 300GB/monthly) access on our accounts with T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon depending on the carrier available when you sign up. Carriers reserve the right to change plans or end plans at anytime. They can also offer new plans at their discretion. Because of this we don’t offer contract with our customers.

If your package is stolen or marked as delivered but you did not receive it Internet On The Go is not held responsible. Refunds are not approved for missing packages that are marked as delivered.  Internet On The Go will ship via UPS with tracking numbers via 3day select shipping. We offer an overnight express for an additional fee.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Your purchase with Internet On The Go, you own the equipment/router.

Internet On The Go owns the sim, software, and admin rights. You do not have admin rights to the Internet On The Go. We own the sim card. This is how we can offer the speeds and data access within our memberships. SIM cards cannot be removed or moved to any other device as it is locked to that router.

Each router is unlimited speeds up to 300GB/monthly, if additional data is needed contact us for additional sim cards.

We offer a full one-year warranty with all our routers under normal usage.  

We do not recommend seasonal use as this is a year-round device and membership program. You can place this kit in your house if not using in your mobile application. Cellular data is about 70% effective in the USA with speeds and reliability. We advise to know your needs before you purchase. We do not guarantee cellular data speeds due to tower saturation issues at any given time or location. If you have 3 bars of service in your area then you should have good internet speeds. We DO NOT recommend online gaming or recommend gaming using any cellular data product.  We reserve the right to shut off any kit in violation of any of these policies.

 

Cancelation of Membership is done by simply contacting Internet On The Go. We will cancel your membership and no further monthly charges will apply to your account. We don’t prorate months of membership dues. All monthly payments are for the entire month, no exceptions. 

 

All users approve the payment of monthly dues direct to the credit card on file with Internet On The Go. Internet On The Go will charge the member on the first of each month for their monthly member fees. You as the member accept and agree to this monthly charge to your credit card. To cancel a monthly charge you will need to contact Internet On The Go. This will terminate the monthly fees. users understand the monthly fees will be charges as long as the router is in their possession and being used with our sim card active no matter the usage in any given month.
